In the same way that your working hours are regulated, we also have guidelines for leave, sickness and other absences.
HOLIDAY
Whatever work you have, there is a need for relaxation and leave. Every month of work, approximately 2 days of vacation are accumulated which can be used during the year or accumulated to take a longer vacation in the summer (or at another time of the year). The holiday period is agreed together with everyone in order to guarantee a rotation of personnel on site.
HOLIDAY DAYS IN ADVANCE
In the event that you do not have accumulated holidays, you can ask for holiday days in advance. These anticipated holidays will be deducted as they accumulate in the paycheck.
OTHER ABSENCES
There are, of course, other reasons why one must be absent from work in addition to holidays, more information on this is detailed in the employment contracts.
